  2. The product is accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  3. The chemical product is returned or exchanged within  2 working days of the purchase date.
  4. Machines and equipment (pumps/motors) can only be returned by recognised and accredited pool builders by Total Services Aruba.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:

  1.  Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition.
  2.  Products without their original packaging or labels.
  3. Gift cards or vouchers
  4. Some health and personal care items

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the product securely, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
  3. Bring the package to Total Quality Products at Barcadera 5-C

4. Return and Exchange Process

  1. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  2. If the product is eligible for a return, we will process a refund or offer an exchange, as per your preference.
  3. If the product is not eligible for a return, we will discuss with you the options available.

5. Refund and Exchange Options

  1. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is approved.
  2. Exchanges: We will give the replacement product to you once the return is approved, and you will be responsible for any price differences and eventual shipping costs.

6. Shipping Costs

  1. If the return or exchange is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  2. If the return or exchange is due to your preference or non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
