- The chemical product is returned or exchanged within 2 working days of the purchase date.
- Machines and equipment (pumps/motors) can only be returned by recognised and accredited pool builders by Total Services Aruba.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

- Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition.
- Products without their original packaging or labels.
- Gift cards or vouchers

5. Refund and Exchange Options
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is approved.
- Exchanges: We will give the replacement product to you once the return is approved, and you will be responsible for any price differences and eventual shipping costs.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return or exchange is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return or exchange is due to your preference or non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
