Through our company Total Quality Services, we specialize in offering one-time and deep cleaning services for households. For Total Pool Services, Total CleanFix, and Pure, we provide one-time and periodical household services.
How much does a service cost?
The pricing for our services depends on the size and condition of the surface. For a quicker pricing estimate, please send us a WhatsApp message at 5922875, along with a photograph and relevant information about the surface.
Are there any discounts or promotions available?
Individuals aged 60 and above receive a 10% discount on household products. For details regarding additional discounts and promotions, please feel free to reach out to us at 5921383.
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer delivery service throughout Aruba. For business clientele, our delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM.For individual or household orders, deliveries are scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays, taking place between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Kindly place your orders one day in advance for the following day’s delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Customers have the flexibility to make payments using cash or card swiping on delivery, or bank transfers. For those opting for bank transfers, it is essential to complete the transaction and provide proof of payment before our delivery truck departs.
Furthermore, for our valued business customers who place frequent orders, we offer the convenience of registering their businesses within our system, enabling them to enjoy a 30-day credit option.
